Well, that made me lose my connection altogether. IPv6 status still showed "No network access," but now IPv4 showed "No internet connection." Still trying to avoid a reboot, I went back to Windows network properties and disabled and re-enabled both IPv4 and IPv6. This brought back the IPv4 connection but still no IPv6.
