If I go to attached devices settings in the router under Access Control I see all the wired and wireless connections. In the drop down box "View list of allowed devices not currently connected to the network" I see the Roku box listed but cannot add it to the allowed list above. Jan 30, 2016 · Player was seeing the SSID of the network, able to connect to wireless, but chocked on joining to LAN. Extensive chat with support lead nowhere – they wanted me to change WAN DNS and many other hoops that achieved nothing. For the record – my router is a dual-band one, and Roku had no problems connecting to 2.4Ghz band.
